Job Purpose:
Monitors the movement and performance of the fleet in real time to ensure route compliance, safety, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleet using tracking systems (e.g., Ctrack, Mix Telematics).
- Report route deviations, delays, or breakdowns to relevant departments.
- Generate daily tracking reports and performance logs.
- Assist in route planning and fuel usage analysis.
- Support operations team with vehicle location data.
- Escalate any suspicious or non-compliant driver behavior.
Requirements:
- Matric; logistics or fleet management qualification advantageous.
- Experience with fleet tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends if required.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
