Job Purpose:
Transports goods over long and short distances safely, efficiently, and in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods to designated delivery points as scheduled.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Ensure load is secure and documentation is accurate.
- Comply with all road traffic and safety regulations.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
Requirements:
- Valid EC (Code 14) driver’s license with PDP.
- Minimum 3 years of long-distance driving experience.
- Knowledge of national routes and road regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work irregular hours.
